Our talented cake designers and cake artist/decorators have a limited capacity - every cake is bespoke and custom designed to create an edible memory for everyone involved.  The design, price estimation, and bespoke decorating all take time.  And we don't want to rush you into making important design decisions.

People often ask "how much notice do you need?"  ​Normally, we say "at least 4 weeks, the more notice the better".  We will only commit to as many cakes in any week, that our cake artist/decorators can commit to, to ensure that they will always meet our standards. We never let a cake leave the door unless we’re proud of it.  Therefore we won't rush the process.​​
