Your wedding is one of the most complex events/projects that you may organise – you will need to coordinate many wedding professionals, including  venue, caterers, florist, photographer, cars, entertainment, honeymoon, amongst other things.  And of course your special cake.

Whether you have a very clear idea of your wedding day, or just a few ideas, from the time you first start planning the wedding, through to the day itself, your thoughts and ideas will evolve.  As you finalise the details in one area, it will have an impact on another part of the wedding. 
 

In the first instance, you need to make sure you get the professionals you want for your chosen wedding date.  Then decide how much you are prepared to spend on each part of the wedding, prioritising things to ensuring that the appropriate budget is allocated to each area for the quality that you want.  Then you can start finalising the details.

We specialise in custom designed bespoke hand crafted cakes.  To make sure that you get the wedding cake that you want, we will help you work through all the details of the cake, to make sure it reflects you and your partner - whether it is traditional or modern, aligned with a colour theme, co-ordinating with the flowers or venue.   We  love to  incorporate   themes,    hobbies and interests of you and your partner, so ensure it is truly personal to you.  

We can create a cake with almost any theme you’d like.  The cost will depend upon the size, complexity, amount of detail, and the design work involved.  A lot of the work in creating an amazing cake goes into getting the design right.  
 

The process is usually as follows:

1. Look at our website gallery of wedding cakes and other cakes that we have created for many different events over the years, to get ideas and inspiration, whatever your theme

2. Enquire using our Wedding Cake Enquiry Form, and we will have an initial email discussion to get to know you, check your date is available, discuss the process, budget and initial ideas that you have regarding a theme

4. Finalisation of design, date and   price, order confirmation and 25% deposit

5. Around 2 months prior to wedding, check that everything is still correct with the design, date, theme, venue.  Finalise collection or delivery time.  

6. 1 Month prior to wedding - pay final balance

7. 1 day prior to wedding day - collection or confirm delivery details

8. Wedding day - enjoy your cake as a part of your amazing day!
