Here we give a guide to approximate dessert sized servings from each cake size, depending upon your portion sizes. Different people cut different sized cake portions!
Please remember that not every baker creates cakes of the same height - cake tins come in standard sizes, but how tall each cake is depends upon the amount of cake mix put into the cake tin. The estimated servings below are based upon our "standard" cakes are 4 inches tall, and our "Tall" cakes are 7 inches tall. The estimated portion sizes above are for our "standard" cakes.
