What are your opening times?
Our Cake Gallery is normally open on Fridays and Saturdays between 11am and 3pm, or by appointment on other days.
​Most days we are busy in the kitchen baking or decorating cakes for customers.
Therefore the best way to discuss a potential design of a cake is to fill in our enquiry form, and to go through a discussion and design process of the cake or cupcakes from the comfort of your own home.

However, attached to our cake kitchen, we do have our Cake Gallery in Ely, near Cambridge, where you can get inspired by some of the display cakes that we have made. It is also a great opportunity to have an informal chat with our cake designers and decorators, Laura and Ben, asking them about ideas you have, previous cakes we've made, or sometimes there is a demonstration or decoration for a future customer or display cake being made.

​We usually have a small selection of cupcakes available to buy on the day, with the option to add some standard decorations.

To minimise wastage, we only have a small selection of cupcakes to purchase on the day. So if you do want to buy cupcakes, we encourage you to come earlier, to ensure the widest choice of flavours, to avoid disappointment. If you want to be certain of getting a cake or cupcakes that you want, we recommend ordering in advance.​
​Sometimes the cake gallery can get busy with customers, so if you would prefer to book a private consultation where you will have the cake gallery to yourself, and the full focus of one of our cake designers, you can book a private consultation for a small charge.
